How to make your own pic into HTML ?

I am wondering if there is any way to take a personal picture from my picture folder and make it into a HTML so I can get the code that I can use as a background on my multiply site,, Any suggestions please??

You will have to host the picture on a hosting site to get the URL.
Then, use
to put the picture up as the background.
