Each situation is different. If you were being assaulted, would you surrender or fight?

Ask if the situation is worth fighting over or is it better to save your ammunition?

I think it all depends on what the situation is. Surrendering is not always a bad thing if you back off from a fight that is really not worth the conscequences. If it's something that is important like your children or in a war, then you never give up no matter the cost...make the other surrender to you.

Choose your battles wisely.

Everything requires compromise. I would say it depends on how important the thing is, what's the bigger picture, what do I stand to lose or gain. Does it go against who I am and what I need, etc. So some I surrender and some I fight for.

WWII, Korea and Vietnam. It imagine it changed into Republicans who were given us out of them. regardless of the reality that Truman ended WWII. related to something of it. I experienced and fought with the various perfect adult men I ever knew and ever will understand. Many did not get to be as previous as i'm now. Our reason changed into noble. undesirable issues take position in warfare. it really is compared to television in any respect. to shop my kin and to shop anybody of those stunning adult men that I served with; i need to admit that i'd do maximum something. If water boarding changed into financial ruin a million; i'd crack the e book at round financial ruin 20. that is how i trust. Our enemies at the prompt are not certain by ability of any code or any scruples in any respect. Our enemies do not use books...they are naturals. they are no longer measuring us by ability of a few better accepted that is interior the mind's eye of maximum table jocks or arm chair politicians. (in modern generations, you'll look extremely difficult previously you'll come across a democrat who absolutely served interior the military) I disagreed with actual one of my contemporaries...John McCain at the same time as he ran on the platform. changed into he tortured? definite. Did North Vietnam signal the Geneva convention? also definite... This lofty platitude playing container might want to in difficulty-free words exist interior the minds of those who have never been on a real battlefield.

All depends on how much you value your life. Fight to live or lay down and die. People that place a high value on life fight to live people that don`t will lay down and die. Sure fighting to live and laying down to die might not apply to your particular situation. But it does depend on how much you value yourself.

I'm going to guess that this is about dating. If someone doesn't appreciate you, then don't pursue them. Instead, be mysterious and unavailable. However, if you have children, then you fight for them and don't worry about your own pride.
