In my experience, there's no such thing.
In car insurance, the words 'cheap' and 'young' just don't go together.
You can only shop around and hope!

There are no cheap insurance coverage for new young drivers. In the eyes of insurance companies, new and young drivers are considered "inexperienced drivers" and they will be labled that until they are 25 years old. Rates will be higher, especially if the coverage is on a sports car.
