That is right, EMILIO JACINTO is the Brains of the Katipunan.He was known as the brain of the Katipunan and the Revolution because he prepared and wrote many documents including the constitution, rules and the famous Kartilya ng Katipunan (Teachings of the Katipunan).

(Katipunan was a Philippine revolutionary organization founded by Filipino rebels in 1892 against Spain.)

I'm from the Philippines and the answer is Emilio Jacinto.
He was one of the youngest members, and the brightest too.
He wrote the Kartilya ng Katipunan or the "constitution." When Katipunan spit to two factions, the Magdalo and Magdiwang, He joined Andres Bonifacio, the Supremo, on the Magdalo faction.
