Don't confess anything at this point, you'll send her running away screaming or at the very least make for an awkward situation. Befriend her and then see if things work out. Don't push.

Take it easy loverboy! At times when we're young we always think that the person we're attracted too is "the one". May it be how they look, how they make us feel when around them, or just the very fiber of their being will make us want to be with them. Which there is no problem with this because that's one of the components of human attraction.
What you do is, take your time, ask her if she would like to have an innocent get together, somewhere that's neutral (not to give off the wrong vibes as far as what your intentions are) Go somewhere like a restaurant to grab a bite to eat, a public gathering. I don't wanna say movies because more for couples, and from what I gathers you're not at the age where you're able to handle adult situations. Try a church lock-in (those are always fun)
Be a gentleman (like your mother taught you to be) and explain your feelings for her. Let her know that you like her, and would like to get to know her on another level. Or, you could give her a note that reads "Do you like me, check yes or no" those are always cute to me.
But take your time, hang around her as much as you can to make yourself noticeable too her, and let nature take its course. Get to know her for who she is and not what she looks like. I'm sure she's an young woman of faith, but sometime people have a way of showing us two sides (the one they want us to see, and the one they really are). Get to know her before you profess you love to her. I wish you the best.

i think its still too early to tell her what you feel.If you feel that she has the same feeling for you then go ahead with your plans but if you have doubts then its better to be friendly with her first.Invite her to a dinner or snacks after your church service.Lend her books,give her gifts and have the virtue of patience.More so the power of prayers.If shes meant for you God will make a way.Goodluck and God bless.

well, stanley im a little young for luv, but ill still give you advise!!well definitely dont msn her cuz thats kinda cheasy!! the best way is to just come out and say it! bring her some flowers or somthin, so she nows exactly how you feel, well hope things work out!

be honest and tell her how you feel face to face.but don't put her on the spot or look like you're expecting anything from her. Just tell her what you think of her and the rest will fall into place...maybe not right away but at least she will know...
