Maybe not stopping by and saying hello and asking him if he needs anything or if there is anything in the future he is going to need help with, sometimes taking that first step may make a big difference in someone's attitude towards you.

aww are they miserable? how bout you go round there with a bunch of flowers, or chocolote or a pot plant thanking them for being a kind neighbour. that will give them soemthing to smile about =)

If you smoke, it's the STINKY pollution you put in the air.
If you have loud parties, it's cause you threw a party and didn't invite them.
If you don't do anything but stare out the window at them while jerkin off, ... well... it's cause you're creeping them out!

smoke, odders,ur pets if you have some,loud music,people yelling,fighting parties,yelling at them,and lights on all the time at my house the light goes into there house when there sleeping...........
