I can not move my neck.........help?

I woke up in the morning while my neck was painful.It is my third day. what should i do to become better soon?

This could have various reasons. Did you sleep too elevated on you pillow, crooking your neck. Have you had any recent accident that whipped your neck suddenly? Have you had past neck problems. Are you able to touch your chin to your chest? If not, that could be a sign of a serious illness, and should see a doctor immediately. There isn't enough informations to really help you. Cervical spondylosis suspected. Cervical spondylosis is degenerative changes in the intervertebral disk and annulus and formation of bony osteophytes, which narrow the cervical canal or neural foramina, causing radiculopathy and sometimes myelopathy.
If so, you have to wear cervical collar for a specific period.
Consult the doctor.

Uuh you probably have a crook in your neck...it comes from sleeping in the wrong position and usually does last for a couple of days....but there are ways to get them out...I dont know all of them but one is...get someone (preferably a woman) to massage your neck and get it to the point where your feeling ecstasy and have them crack/twist your neck...it might scare you but it will feel absolutely great...trust it works...dont let a male do it were too rough for these kind of delicate things
