Why do you women go for the bad guys and give the good guys the shaft?

Why do nice guys finish last and women would rather date someone that they "can try and change" opposed to someone they don't have to change?

I'm not shy.. and it's more so a general question of why alot of women date/ stick with a man that treats them like dirt and doesn't respect them.

There is a big difference between being a mom's boy and respecting a woman.

I don't know if I'm one of a kind but I hate bad boys. They piss me off. I don't like arrogence or a**holes. Sweetness wins me over. I don't want someone I have to change I'd prefer someone whose good to begin with. I totally don't get Kid Rock and Collin Farrell they are the biggest tools and I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

Just a quick comment about tats - I hate them. Nothing says 'just got out of jail for a felony' like a tattoo. I'd rather a man who can look after me than one who is on drugs and in and out of prison. But thats just me.

Ok, I read your full question and it gets a bit convoluted and strange. So I'm not sure if my answer fits your long question too well, but I think it fits your shorter question about Bad Boys getting rewarded and Nice Guys getting shafted. To me it sounds like you just got your butt handed to you by a woman and are really pissed. But I wrote this before I read everything so here it is. ------- This is a question deserving of a book nearly but here is the slimmed down answer: The difference between Bad Boys and everyone else which means so much to women is CONFIDENCE!!!! Women's minds are programmed to seek out a man with Confidence the same way men's minds are programmed to seek out a woman who's young and attractive. Ugly men can score big with women if they are able to project that magical element. Good looking men will be overlooked if they are without it. Basically, a woman is looking for a guy who's got his stuff together. We generally know if we do or if we're a mess. This comes from the subconscious (so it's hard to convincingly fake confidence (don't try it, they can smell a fake and you'll come off as a BS'er or even as creepy). You subconscious is putting out signals about how you feel about yourself all the time and without your knowledge or control. Women are picking up on that and are likely to (for the most part) believe what you're putting off. So if you're shy, diffident, and seem to lack confidence, this is a sign that deep inside, you don't believe you have much value or power. Women will receive that signal and pretty much take your word for it. On the other hand, if you're able to put out signals that you're whole, that you're self-empowered, that you believe in your own worth without being egotistical, women will also largely take your word for it and find you more attractive - no matter how you look. Basically, don't get mad at the bad boys or at girls for liking them. It's waisted and misdirected energy. Because, just like most things, it's an Inside Job.

... very good question.. depends on the girl . some women like nice guys. some women like bad boys. I love my bad boys because they keep me on my feet, on the edge of my seat. I feel safe around them and never have to worry about being bored on the town. Plus, im a sucker for a man with tats.. you will find someone that wants you for your. There are so many women all with so many different tastes...

Charlie, any woman that dates a man she is trying to change is seriously deluding herself because it's not going to happen. Stop worrying yourself over women that have not grown mentally and find yourself one that has. You are looking in the wrong place.

what makes you shy quite loosers automatically think your the good guys? this isn't a movie there ain't no 100% good guys and 100% bad guys. Girls just dont like mommies boys , who do ever thing every one tells them , women want their men to be strong and aggressive a.k.a be a man.
and women know they are lying to themselves when they say "i want to try and change them" lol , they just want to tag along for the wild ride.
as long as you "good guys" dont work up the balls to be aggressive and confident , then we "bad guys" will always take the girls its a rule of nature get over it.
oh and when girls call you "shy" remember shy is just a nice way of saying coward.
