It all depends on why he requested for YOU to call him..if it just a request then Call him one more time....anything can happen....but if he has your number and he does not answer his phone..Then the answer is NO....Let him call you back..It was for him to be talking to you over the phone in the frist place....and if he never return your call...then you got your answer....
