if u really love her, you will wait for her to make her decision on her current boyfriend. if she thinks that her boyfriend is a jerk and breaks up with him, then you can go ahead and show her ur stuff.

be her friend, get to know her better, if she's still the one you want, then wait for her to break up with him and then you pop the question.
