No, they`re NOT equal unlike many think, God has a kingdom and He is God, Satan doesn`t have a kingdom, isn`t God, he was created by God so God is the bigger one.
For them to be equal Satan has to be also a god, but as you know only one god exists, Satan is just an angel.
Also if God overthrew Satan that would remove free will.

1. God is not a force. He is a real person a spirit.
2. Satan is not a force. He is a fallen angel a creation.
3. God/Jesus already defeated Satan when Jesus died and rose again. So Satan has lost already.

God is omni-potent, [all powerful] omni-presence [everywhere] & omni-siences[all knowledgeable] Hence the creator, Satan is a creature. Is that enough for you to figure it out or do you need more detail ? It is written God uses even wicked things to bring forth good. So when God is done with the Satan He will take him out of the way. it is wrong to pit god vs satan.
god has nothing to do with our sins, not even satan! it is us! we see satan in our faces every single day!
