There isn't any! That's the beauty of religion and the realms. You can be threatened all your life with hellfire and brimstone and nobody can say they are wrong! Nobody ever came back from the dead. Even the great Houdini told his wife he would come back from the dead if possible. Every year she waited and nothing ever happened. She died believing he would come back.

No. I can't think of any right now. You will either have to wake your spirit up or just continue wondering, or just reject it as "ramblings of your overactive imagination" .
I hope your spirit wakes up.
If I had to be truly honest with you, in all sincerity, then I would tell you that you have a part of yourself that is sleeping, and you have no clue what it can do.

Sure, not a problem!
Imagine the largest expanse you can in your mind, then...
Ask yourself how it fits inside your skull, and Viola! you have seen the spirit world.
The entire world of thought is the Spirit world. Albert Einstein says no matter or energy can be destroyed, so therefore energy from your thoughts has residual effects on the environment around you, even after death.
Or you can believe that the soul is just electrical impulses derived from actions and reactions.
What is mind? No matter!
What is matter? never mind!
Maybe not physical proof, but it is the preponderance of the evidence.

Asking for tangible proof of a spiritual world is something of an oxymoron, don't ya think?
There is evidence of God in the world around us. But you have to be willing to see it. It is not "blind faith" - but an ability to see beyond the physical to the possible.

i want scientific proof for something science cannot prove! look bud it isn't going to happen. some one can put a hole in the truth of anything. just believe or don't. i do not know if you are speaking of a ghost realm, or of a spiritual god/faith/religion. the best thing to do is to not down grade any one other's argument just because you do not believe it. and if an experience ever happens to you, just change your views.

be very careful. By messing with the spirit world you could invoke a demon. The demon would consider it an open invitation for 'it' to enter your life.

You cannot measure the spiritual world by the physical. That is like trying to measure the atmosphere of Jupiter by measuring the atmosphere of Venus. They are separate worlds.
