Well your belly button tends to sweat and bacterica can build up inside there. the best way to fix it in my opinion is to take a Q-tip and wash it 3 times a day. just use some water and soap be careful not to go to deep into your belly button just a little tender wash and it should fix the problem. if not maybe you should call a doctor if its really bad.

Think of it like this, if you are capable of sticking your finger anywhere in or on your body & it stinks, that's a pretty reliable clue that you need to wash it!

When you shower (everyday hopefully) use antibacterial soap in all of your "areas". To be more specific - armpits, genitals, crack, feet and (apparently) bellybutton. Antibacterial soap (and soap in general) might dry your skin so use it only on the above areas. Use a body wash everywhere else (legs, arms, neck, etc)
