The best way is by thinking in your head. You don't need to speak in order for God to hear you. God can read your mind. Some people have this misconception that just because they don't get what they ask for, their not communicating with God properly. God hears everything you say, or think, but he does not give you everything you want because you are on trial right now.

What really is your question? Do you want to communicate WITH God or do you want to communicate/preach God to other people?
I will presume that you mean the first one. I find meditation the most effective way of communicating with God.

There seems to be an importance is the idea that it should be done "in spirit and in truth."
Just talk to Him. People don't have to get on their knees with their palms touching. Just talk to Him like you would anyone. That's an act of Faith, and as the Bible says, 'without faith it is impossible to please God'. So with confidence, I can add.

the only way is by praying. but when you pray you have to pray with faith. i'm not going to lie to you. it's not like if god is going to talk to you. you are the one who want to talk to him and know his real or not.
