I was reading this site and i was silently reading the names of 900 demons, trying to pronounce them, and I am just asking.

They come and go at will, as they please, which can be very inconvenient for the rest of us!

There are things a person can do to open the door to demons. Such as using ouija boards, tarot cards, palm reading, horoscope, and other such things of the occult.
Further worshipping other gods opens up demonic activity.
Being in a haunted house can also cause risk.
Seances, psychics, talking to the dead, etc.
Worshipping Satan and doing black/white magic.
Black sabbath.
Calling upon the demons and asking them to help you or to possess you.
etc.
Jesus is stronger than all demons.
Personally only a fool would want to be buddies with gross and hideous monsters. (I say that in general terms.)
Even so Jesus can help anyone with a demonic problem but it depends on the case, the person's spiritual condition, the source, how it all began, and the ranking of the devils and their places in the ranking.

I think they do come and go at will, but if you watch TV shows about evil you are in a sense 'opening a door' for evil to come into your life. You have given the devil an invitation to come on in. The same with evil books, paranormal material. Don't read the names, they hear you and will come.

Their power is limited because demons and Satan himself are still under God's command, they have limits to what they can do.Read the beginning of the book of Job in the Bible.
