If you are experiencing gastric pain, especially after meals, you may want to see your doctor as this is symptomatic for a duodenal ulcer.

Not really sure.
A couple of years ago I had very bad stomach pains. I was in real agony. I thought I might have colon/rectal cancer because my grandmother had it.
Any way,I went to a gastroenterologist ( digestive system and liver). I had to have a colonoscopy done and have blood work done as well. Turns out that I have Celiac Disease. All that is is that I am allergic to the glutin in wheat products. Glutin is like the glue in the wheat.
Anyway, you might want to look up Celiac Disease and see if perhaps you might have the same symptoms too.
Good luck and I hope that you find out what is your problem.
By the way, my doctor perscribed Prilosac to help me. I know that it is for heartburn, but it really helped me A LOT!!!!!

If it's not spoiled food, it could be spicy food or it could be too much stomach acid. Try some Tums or other antacid and see if that works. Then if it consider seeing a doctor about getting a prescription antacid.
