If you really think about it.
God created all of us in HIS image.
God does not create junk or make mistakes.
Every one has talents, characteristics, and abilities.
Gays are humans too.
So, if you think God didn't create gays then who did?
If you say the devil, be aware the demon destroys, and pillages as he is not the creator of good.

Perhaps God is testing you through gay people to accept them just as a regular person. Did you ever think that way?
Bless everyone here.

Babygirl, if a gay person has never had sex, and remains celibate and has a belief in God, he is not a sinner. So why do others condemn?

My friend do not be mislead, there is no straight answer to this- THE Bible does says GOD created them male and female and bless them and make them fruitful and multiply after their own kind(He did not create gay/lesbian as many wanted to says) If you read sodom and gormorra- not sure spellig here, it was a nation of such people, idolotrous, gay, sexually immoral of every imaginable kind) God says of these as a evil and wicked nation and his anger was aroused against them because the cries of their wickness reaches up to the heaven! In revelation it is also very clear that such people cannot enter the kingdom of God,There are many reasons to this human imperfectness both cultural influences,mental/biological physicology, to name a few. Have you ever thought about how same sex relation is - if they gay/lesbian how then is that most generally ,one of them is physically wanton to be of the other sex?:not to mention their mannerism. . the conclusion is that we are basically still a male/female society. If you look into the pysicology development of male/female organs in the biology you will find that it is Generally decided by hormones (not always)This can be checked out at one website society for transexual (sorry i cant remember the actual webpage) but you could just log in on sex deveploment physiology to search i am sure you will find it.Till then god bless - quote through the mercies of the Lord we are not consume, His compassion fails not, there are new every morning, great is Thy faithfulness.Ps we all have gays/lesbians as friends also not to mention some may be our family members, hence lives goes on -let God be God even in all our imperfectness the Lord is merciful-God willing that none shall perish but comes to repentance and have everlasting life.

I am a Christian, and I agree with your first 4 points. But the Bible clearly states that God does not condone the gay lifestyle, as he destroyed Soddom and Gomorrhea because of their homosexual practices. The Bible states elsewhere that God detests when a man sleeps with another man, or woman with another woman and the Bible clearly states that homosexuality is not acceptable to God and it is a sin, just like fornication, adultery, etc.
No one really has the answer as to why some men and women have gay preferences. Obviously that sexual preference goes as far back as biblical times. I don't think God put it in some people just to test other people. I think that we all are tested in many ways, and that includes sexual tests. It is hard to deny your sexual nature, whether it be gay, or whether you be heterosexual, or you have raging hormones and have a promiscuous nature, etc. etc.
I believe the devil can tempt us into sexual experiences, and as Christians, it is imperative to be spiritually aware and understand these temptations.
We cannot deny who we are sexually. But it is very important to understand what God expects of us and what is considered a sin, and not a sin, in His eyes. He is a loving and forgiving God, and no matter what the sin, we can be thankful that He is willing to forgive us when we repent. And with His strength and through prayer, I believe we can conquer our weaknesses. God Bless you too. It was an interesting question.

You are absolutely right, God did, lovingly, create every man in His own image, but, homosexuality is a sin which comes from the devil. Again, you are right when you say that Satan destroys. Satan destroys a person's relationship with God if he can convince them that homosexuality is not a sin or a trait one is born with. God tells us in Romans 1:26-27 that homosexuality is a "shameful lust." So God does create people, but He does not create the desire to be homosexual.

God didn't create anyone in particular. I believe God did make all things possible though. He created the universe, Earth was formed, we were evolved from amoeba and then evolved and changed, and evolved and changed and here we are now. We have more freedom now to be ourselves and make our choices known to one another without being persecuited. See I don't believe in all that Christian/Bible mumbo jumbo. I base my opinions mostly on science and then my own belief system. I am a God lover though, I believe in God and pray to him everyday and I pray that he can make life easier for my wonderful gay family and friends that I love so very much.

God created us in His image.
But that was before we sinned.
Now we are NOT truly in the image of God anymore...because we are sinners. God is not a sinner.
God did create everyone...
but He wuold not create someone with a sin or sins that He hates.
We are all sinners and that cancerous disease was brought unto all of us.
So whether we are white liars or homos or murderers...we are all sinners and none worse or not as bad as the other.
But Jesus loves everyone and died for us and rose again. His blood shed so we could be forgiven.
Yes, everyone includes homosexuals. For God wants all to be saved but we have to be willing to accept Jesus who is the only way to the Father.

God created everything in the whole world including the world. however, you are missing a very important concept and I suspect that you are trying to rationalize either your sexual orientation or that of someone near and dear to you.
It is irrelevant why you ask the question but let me hlep you out just a little to re-orient your thinking.
God gave us FREE WILL to do with our lives as we please - and even that might be a little too liberal...He gave us FREE WILL so that we could CHOOSE what to do. The gays will tell you that they do not have a choice - that they were made with a smaller brain or that their attraction is natural or that their mothers forced them to do this that or the other.
The whole truth is that you were born in the body that God designed especially for you and gave you a LIFE to live as you would so choose to live it.
The only thing you or me or anyone else has to do is to decide how we want to control our own lives. Do we want to live fruitfully or decadently? Do we want to follow his commands issued in Genesis (be fruitful & multiply) or do our own thing?
The choice is yours.
May God be with you in all that you do (& choose to do).

I actually never thought about that way.. and while you make a good point after some research this is what I have come up with...
There are those who like to say that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality. Various verses are cited (out of context) and the verses that people use to show that homosexuality is wrong are explained away. The world wants to change God's words and meanings into something more suitable to its sinful desires. Nevertheless, the truth stands: The Bible condemns homosexuality as a sin. Let's look at what it says.
Lev. 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."
Lev. 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them"
1 Cor. 6:9-10, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
Rom. 1:26-28, "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper."
Homosexuality is clearly condemned by the Bible. It goes against the created order of God. He created Adam and then made a woman. This is what God has ordained and it is what is right. Unlike other sins, homosexuality has a severe judgment administered by God Himself. This judgment is simple: They are given over to their passions. That means that their hearts are allowed to be hardened by their sins (Romans 1:18ff). As a result, they can no longer see the error of what they are doing. Without an awareness of their sinfulness, there will be no repentance and trusting in Jesus. Without Jesus, they will have no forgiveness. Without forgiveness, there is no salvation.
What should be the Christian's Response to the Homosexual?
Just because someone is a homosexual does not mean that we cannot love him (or her) or pray for him (her). Homosexuality is a sin and like any other sin, it needs to be dealt with in the only way possible. It needs to be laid at the cross, repented of, and never done again.
As a Christian, you should pray for the salvation of the homosexual the same you would any other person in sin. The homosexual is still made in the image of God -- even though he is in grave sin. Therefore, you should show him same dignity as anyone else you come in contact with. However, this does not mean that you are to approve of their sin. Don't compromise your witness for a socially acceptable opinion that is void of godliness
TO ADD TO THIS:: In answer to your question, I am not condeming you, if you are gay you are condeming yourself... But thankfully we have a very loving and forgiving GOD, so my advice to you is repent... Also, Mandy you say you don't believe in all this christian mumbo jumbo but then you say you pray... If you don't believe who are you praying to? My advice to you is get into a church.

My friend.. God only created man and women to be coupled and full fill each other, that why the sexual organ is created. human have blessed with mind to think about good and bad things. mostly people know that what they doing is wrong but they still do it because they want to, they have freedom and free will to do it. at first I believe human born with empty mind, just like white paper with out any color on it. when they grew environment has teach and help them to make a mind set of how they think and re act. so if a man becomes gay you must search on his community, you must search on that man historical background and there must be something in it.
so if you ask who did it if its not GOD, than ask this to your self: do I let it happened?, why I let it happened?, since when i noticed that this is wrong?. this will help you to be great full for what ever you are and stop blaming someone for your own mistake.
remember.. God only gives us our own freedom which is our mind that have knowledge to differ between good and evil. if we want to lock ourself in it so who's you gone be blamed?

I don't think God means for anyone to be gay. Interviews with gay people, male and female, reveal that a huge percentage of them were sexually molested in their childhood or teen years, as was Ellen Degeneres and Melissa Etheridge, others I can't remember at the moment. That terrible experience caused a sexual disfunction. My opinion based on the Bible and recent published interviews.
