Yes, you can, your recruiter will work with you to clear up your record, I'm assuming no felonies?
They are deal breakers.

The Army recruiter can usually get tickets and most misdemeanors dismissed, in the face of your patriotism most legal officials will gladly dismiss the charges.

if you have any tickets the army will know about it and catch you. my advice is to pay them off before you enlist and make sure you don't have any open court dates.. if you join and lie about anything you have done in the past and it catches up with you you can be charged with fraudulent enlistment and then your in really big trouble.

No. You have to pay your debt to society before you can enlist. If you enlist without doing so, when the Army finds out you'll be arrested and discharged for fraudulent enlistment.

UM IT DEPENDS ON WHAT THE TICKETS ARE FOR AND IF THEY ARE CONSIDERED FELONIES....

THERE ARE WAIVERS FOR SOME THINGS, YOU REALLY JUST NEED TO TALK TO A RECRUITER, BUT BE HONEST WITH THE RECRUITER AND DON'T TRY TO COVER YOUR TICKETS UP, THE RECRUITER CAN WORK AROUND THEM IF THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE FOR....... IN MOST CASES.....
