Yes I've prayed to God and asked why he visited a tragedy but he never responded with "that's how I roll." The devil is probably tricking you into thinking that God said that.
This seems controversial: To me he said that good things can come out of bad things. I did not understand that at first but now I know he meant that those tragedies can be wake up calls to certain people. When I was younger I was a Catholic born Atheist but after I got held back in grade school for being very ignorant, mean, careless, hurtful, the bully, and, rudely competative in who can finnish a test first. I felt guilty and changed my ways. Now I am a religious Catholic who tries not to be like that.Another time was when my grandmother died and I cried wondering why God would allow this to happen to her that was when I became an Atheist. A few years later, I got held back and realized that my change to nonbelieving has made me hurt people on purpose. I thought,"If God does something then I must be good.If God doesn't do anything and lets things happen then I will be very bad because what is the use of being good when he doesn't exist?" Now I don't think like that anymore since my repeating of a grade in grade school and the dreadful event of September 11th,2001.

No because God doesn't speak ghetto-bunny Jerry Springer Show slang language. He speaks a more spiritual language, one with less hip-hop influence in its lexicon. Get my drift, bro?

Besides, life itself is a tragedy. Only the dead are immune.

Yeah, some of God's children want to be independent and still apply God's word to their life. They are the ones God gives less tragedy to. But then some of God's children want to be coddled by God. When things are going good, they claim they love God, but when things are going bad, they curse God. That's called conditional love, and selfishness. They are the ones God gives more tragedy to. It's all about who needs to learn what lesson. If you don't like these rules, then you can leave. Go create your own universe, and make your own rules. But while you're living here under God's roof, you will follow God's rules, punk!

i'm fairly valuable that as quickly as ne became being murdered and cried out "Father, why have you ever forsaken me," that they could get the preliminary waft, yet for the reason that they ridiculed him for being the SON of GOD besides why could they even think of that he became chatting with everybody. NON-believers ask the wildest questions.

I not only thank God for the good things he does for me. I also thank Him for the doors He closes and the tribulations I go through. It teaches us in the Bible. Tribulation leads to perseverance, perseverance to character and character to hope does not disappoint.

2Co 12:9 And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness. Therefore, I will rather gladly boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may overshadow me.
2Co 12:10 Because of this, I am pleased in weaknesses, in insults, in dire needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for the sake of Christ. For when I may be weak, then I am powerful.

God doesn't speak gangsta. God speaks how He wants to speak. God hears our prayers and only does a response if He wants to.
