I would look under everything thats aginst the wall or in a corner thats very dark like a couch or a recliner stuff like that. One time I had to get a no kill mouse trap that worked great. but just make sure you don't leave it out all night you should cheack on it every 1 to 2 hours. when ever my sons hamster gets out ..i put a handful of her treats on a plate in the living room then i place those plastic grocery bags all around it ..then i sleep on the couch ..since im i light sleeper i hear her as soon as she steps on the bags good luck
