You can use the foot warmers in the link. you can get them or something similar anywhere from walmart to a sporting goods store or a gun shop. And it sounds like your putting on as may socks as you can cram into your boot, leave a little room in there so your blood can circulate better.

I use 1000g Rocky boots (1 size big) with gortex a pair of wool socks and a set of those foot warmups depending on how cold it is.

I added a link to a boot that use. I had the same problem as you till I got a pair of these. My brother got them for me when he was in the army. I will admit that they are a little heavy. But as long as you're sitting and not walking too much you'll be fine. They are made for sitting. All I wear is a pair of cotton sock and these boots.

JW has the same answer I was going to suggest. Battery operated "Heated" Socks work great for keeping your feet warm. The only drawback is you need to invest in Duracell stock to make money to pay for the batteries you will go thru.
They don't last long using them in these socks regardless of brand. Keeping your feet dry is also very important to help keep your feet warm. I wear socks over top of these battery operated socks to "wick" the moisture away from my feet. Thinsulate socks and boots don't cut it for me either.......

In Alaska I always wore plain cotton socks under thicker "hunting" socks, then wool, then GI mukluk liners and mukluks. Never had cold feet even at ten below.

Whatever your footwear, make sure it's not too tight to ensure good blood flow to keep the toes warm.

Yup I have to agree with heated socks, I've also used those little charcoal pocket warmers stuffed down the tops of boots in extreme cold conditions.

well, it's not very creative, but warming them up in some hot water and then covering them with some thick socks, and maybe then some slippers :] I hate cold feet!
