I think it's because most people on Yahoo Answers are Americans. And America is a predominantly Christian country. Therefore, Christianity is the religion that atheists are "up against" all the time. It's the religion that they hear about on a regular basis and are the most familiar with. If atheists in India made a bunch of arguments, I'm sure they would talk a lot about Hinduism.

The audience is mostly Christian. The Buddhist do not evangelize, and they are also atheist.
I am more than happy to point out the short comings of Islam whenever the opportunity arises. You may not notice because all the Christians have jumped on that bandwagon.
edit
Muslims are followers of Islam, they are the same thing, so I guess I am insulting your lack of intelligence

I think its the fact that there are just more Christians in R&S than any other religious group, so more questions are directed at us for that reason. Oh, and because a lot of Christians provoke them. A lot of Christians are very close minded and therefore fun to pick on lol

Because christianity has flaws. Thus, people turn away from it and become atheists. Thats not the same with Islam. Not many leave the religion.
Buddha did not comment on the existence of God. Thus, you cant have atheists who say things abt buddhism.

Because 'those other religions' do not attack us, or nag at us all the time.
THEY leave us alone, except to politely, ask questions, and they do so, with MUCH respect.
And they don't resign us to hell, every time they turn around, either.
I would rather deal with them, any day of the week.

Well, here in the U.S., Christianity is the main religion that we have to contend with. What's the point of addressing a question to a religion that makes up 5% of the total population, when Christians make up 75%?

because most atheist live in USA and Canada, as well do Christians. They blame them because they have run out of things to blame. They say its all Gods fault for war and stuff. I don't get how they can hate something they don't believe in though.

Just shows you which one is the True belief. They don't bother the others because they are not a threat to them, because they are false religions.
Jesus said the world would hate us. Why are you surprised?
