There is no god, but there could well be life on other planets - if not in this solar system, then maybe in another one.

I LOVE the way you asked this question like there's ganna be an announcement on the ticker soon lol. i think our sole purpose in life is to become acquainted with the universe through exploration. i believe this planet is here solely for the purpose to grow (like a plant)as human beings. nothing lasts forever and this planet has its own life expectancy. everything has a life expectancy. i believe that there is life on other worlds enduring the same questions, experiences, and hardships reality has to offer. to not believe in god is dumb because something must be responsible for absolutely everything that exists. i don't know what god is, but i know what he isn't. sadly your question is an extremely premature question because we are technically and intellectually under developed. still using fossil fuels and electricity to power our technologies. any alien life our generation could see would be them coming here, not us going there...not yet

well you have to considor that there are billions of planets in the universe, not just the ones in our solar system. i think that if there is a God he has probably put life on a lot of those planets.

it doesnt look like life is just going to spring up on any of the other planets or moons in our solar system though. but there might already be life out there....

The amount of space out there is mind boggling. It would be a horrible waste of a "canvas" if God hasn't created other beings somewhere else.

There will most likely not be any life on any planet in our solar system. But I guess if god can do whatever he wanted...

This is just my own personal belief, but I think that there is already life on other planets. It just doesn't make sense that we're the only life forms in the universe! Again, this just my opinion.

Who says the Good Lord already hasn't? We just haven't discovered them yet.

The majority of scientists agree on the fact that, we here on Earth being a flook is so far off the charts, that there MUST be an all-powerful God.

And the odds of Him (although I loved Alaniss Morisette as God in "Dogma"!) just creating 1 li'l old planet with critters on as a science project is just unlikely.

We are not alone!

He already has.
There are other planets out in our universe with lifeforms. We don't know about them yet because we haven't reached advanced technology to know for certain. But I have a feeling there are.

I even bet villains that were on classic Space ghost cartoons exist.
I bet a race of lifeforms that look like Brak exist.

I don't think he's going to mess with them; I think he's already done it for planets of other stars. Now all WE have to do is find them and get there - if we dare!

Yes He could. Will He? Maybe I will ask him someday.
