Your best bet is to bake the whole can of them and store the uneaten ones away. Stick them in the freezer in a ziplock bag and a quick zap in the microwave will heat them up. You'll have that single cinnamon bun available whenever you want it!

Yes use the same temperature but the time will be shorter since there isn't as much in the oven to heat. As far as the rest of the package goes, put the rolls in zip lock bags in portions that you want to use. Then freeze them. When you want to haul one (or 2) out to cook up, take it out of the freezer, set it out for 30 minutes in the pan you plan to cook it in, and then cook it according to package directions.

The uncooked ones won't last long in the fridge - they will start to grow hair.

You should always eat those cinnamon buns soon after you make them. The buns that come out of those tubes kind of go stale if you leave them out too long.

Make the whole thing. They're like potato chips. No one can eat just one. You can always stick them back in the fridge.
