Atheist will promote anything bad to make it look good so others will follow, sad but true, they want to take away everything from a christian like prayer in scools and public places and ect....

We don't promote it, but we do say there's nothing wrong with it. To "promote" it implies that one can choose his or her sexuality, which is untrue. Heterosexuals can't "choose" to be homosexual even if they really wanted to, and the same applies to homosexuals as well.

What the hell is the issue anyway? How does one's sexuality harm anyone else in any way? It's simply inane and ridiculous.

We don't promote homosexuality. We promote tolerance. I'm sorry you don't like it that we can't find it in out hearts to hate someone for something they cannot help but be.

Hey b n r, why is it wrong? Not that I'm a homosexual mind you, but what is wrong with it? You say...

"IT IS WRONG"

...but you don't say why. Really curious.

Edit:

I'm going to tell you why I ask. Because I've found in my experiences that people that are staunchly against and most vocally outspoken against homosexuality were secretly harboring homosexual desires.

I am an atheist, and I do not promote homosexuality. Everyone has their own sexuality. I am not asking anyone to practice homosexuality.

I do, however, defend homosexuals against people who want to take away their human rights. I do so because I defend anybody against people who want to take away their basic human rights.

Nothing wrong with it, and at least that's promoting something that exists!

IT IS WRONG! What the hell are you talking about? I'm a straight guy who lives in a gay neighborhood. Many of these people tell me the same thing..."Why do people think that I would choose to be gay? Why would I choose to be hated, judged, discriminated against, and suppressed?"
Get a clue, they do not harm you, and you are clearly not a person of love and tolerance...y'know, that stuff Jesus taught?

No it is not wrong, it just is.

We are not promoting homosexuality, we are defending it. No one is trying to make you gay, so what do you care what consenting adults do in their own bedroom.

Please site your source for your information.

Without a source proving your statement, it is just yada-yada-yada.

Specifically, what source did you use to find that "atheists promote homosexuality".....

I can say a gigantic silver bird carried me and a bunch of other people in my neighborhood away.....to a golden city on a silver lake....and swear it happened.

Would you believe it?

there is nothing WRONG with gay people. i don't think anyone "promotes" it. sane people accept it because it isn't exactly a choice these people are given and i am not selfish enough to try and deny anyone love. there isn't enough of it in the world as it is, because it is full of hateful intolerant people like you seem to be. BY THE WAY intolerance IS NOT THE MESSAGE YOUR CHRIST TAUGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a difference between tolerance and promoting something. I hope one day you find that out for yourself. Good luck
