I would suggest: Central Park, Macy's windows decorated for the holidays, and FAO Schwartz.

take a fairy/boat to statue of liberty the ride is fun and you can get a nice tour OR
Open double decker bus of a tour of manhatten OR
walk in Central Park, bike ride, feeding pidgons i dont know?
New york is FULL of things to do

you could go in manhattan and go around in the stores and go to jamaica ave and shop. You could go to the big Toy's R' Us in manhattan and she/he could go on the huge ferris wheel and you could take them to central park. This is Ny we are talking about there are endless possibilties
