I am a Roman Catholic,14 and ever since I was a child, I didn't go to church and attend masses except for my school's monthly mass, or on holidays. Is that ok?

Not ok with the Catholic Church. According to the Catholic Church you should go to Mass every Sunday and recieve the Eucharist at least once a year (preferably every Sunday). To all those people who say they don't go to Church but pray and stuff, they are lacking a fundamental pillar of spirituality - that sense of community and worship satisfied when you go to Mass. I mean, even Jesus said so, "Whenever two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in their midst."

I think The reason why most people attend church is to feel a closer connection to God. If you could have your own personal connection to God at home, then so be it.

no actually it is not. you should be attending mass with your family. if they do not go, the chuch will find someone in your neighborhood to take you. the mass is where you are taught, given support and receive the Eucharist.

What I am going to ask you, is if you believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross for your sins, if so, then you know Jesus, have you asked forgiveness, and our you saved, if so The Church is already inside you, The Holy Spirit is with you,
Mostly Church is to worship the Lord, strenghthen us in Christ and for fellowship, once you have been saved, you already have The Lord with you.

Better than never! Maybe you should, however, try to get a Bible and really read it and then you will know for yourself. i am the kind of person that just does not take anothers word, especially on stuff like that.

God Bless you and guide you into His Truth!
