NO..It's ILLEGAL without a Concealed Weapons Permit. Illinois is NOT and open carry state so what you are wanting to do is illegal, and will get you arrested in a heartbeat....Sorry

NOTE* Ace........ I didn't realize when I answered this that you are only 15 YEARS OLD! You must be 21 years of age to have a Concealed Weapons Permit. You can't even legally own any firearms.........

NO, for several reasons . . . .

You are not old enough to possess ANY firearm by yourself as the minimum age for rifles and shotguns is 18 and the minimum age for handguns is 21.

You cannot just walk around with a firearm in Illinois concealed or otherwise even if you have a permit to do so in another state. Illinois does NOT issue concealed permits, nor do they honor anyone else's. They do not allow open carry either.

Aside from the legal reasons not to do so, there are other questions to ask yourself.

Why do you want to do this? Are you THAT concerned about four safety? Are you trying to impress someone (this could be others or yourself)? Are you just trying to make a point? Are you doing it for shock value?

Firearms enthusiasts have an image problem with the non-shooting public (most of whom VOTE) as it is. This kind of display does not help improve that image.

Please think about these things.

No you can't you can't carry it on your person at all whether concealed or not. Sux but we have retarded gun laws in Illinois. Also if you are 15 you can't own it so if you get caught you will likely be arrested, your parents can be arrested for letting you have it and your gun will be confiscated.
