My son is 15,and i have been getting child support for the last 8 yrs. Now it is time for a review the first review we had since my son has been getting it. So the other day i dropped my son of at his g-parents house. And they had the nerve to ask me about it they "my sons g-ma asks me did you get your child support papers in the mail because tony got his. now I am 33 and my sons dad is 37 and we are both capable people. We dont need third parties for our buisness. Was she out of place for asking that.

I feel the grandma's question was a simple ,casual question just to start a topic for more conversation. This is quite common among relatives and I see that her saying was not to question your capability.It is very natural for any grandma to talk various things of her grandson.Why you got so worked up is not clear.

yes very out of place ...ask her next time if she is your sons parent...when she says no then tell her well its nothing to do with you then is it either that or ignore the questions and walk away or if you get along with her tell her sorry but this is none of your business and would appeciate it if you mind your own business
