Overall the print will have little contrast and muddy, subdued color. How bad it looks depends on how "too dense" the negative is. A dense negative has been over-exposed. The reverse, a "thin" negative has been under-exposed. In general, a bit (a stop or less) of overexposure benefits negative film by saturating the color. I usually shoot negative film a third stop over.

Washed out. There are image processing programs that can help compensate for that.
