It's just that simple.

Asker76, there are some times I've felt the same way. Actually, believers have been asking the same questions for thousands of years--see the Psalms, for example. Even David, a man after God's own heart, wondered what was going on. Even the Lord Jesus Christ cried out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" when He died on Calvary.
But let's remember that "those who live godly shall suffer persecution" (Second Timothy 3:12), and this persecution takes different forms.
I don't know what you're going through but please remember, Jesus has been down that road before. He cares more than we can imagine, and one day, He will set things right. No, He never promised things would be easy in this world (John 14:27) but He told us to be of good cheer because He overcame the world. I hope you will keep the faith and keep trusting in Christ Jesus.

First, I would tell you to read the book of Job to learn about suffering.
God promises us that "in this world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
When we put our trust in Jesus, it's not about a great big santa clause in the sky. He's not our personal genie that when we rub the lamb (ie pray), he responds to our every beck and call.
God promises us (1) forgiveness for our sins, (2) cleansing from all unrighteousness, (3) trials and tribulations during this life to build up perseverence in our lives, (4) to adopt us into His Forever Family, so that eventually, (5) He will wipe away every tear.
C.S. Lewis describes our lives as a series of stepping stones that we will look back on and realize that was the only possible path that we could have taken to get to our final destination. He makes this statement about both heaven as well as hell, depending on where we finish at (based on which direction we're going.)

Quote: do you've self belief that God will cause them to wade through previously your eyes it extremely is a unique No. we are instructed extremely obviously that if we rejoice at the same time as an enemy is being punished or suffers that God might want to correctly be apologetic about what that human being is going by ability of and end his punishment. So the element to do is to demonstrate mercy and kindness. the reason we may be able to forgive all is that shall we be positive that all and assorted receives what they deserve, murderers, thieves, etc. this does no longer recommend that we ought to continually no longer protect ourselves at the same time as mandatory, or that we shouldn't shop our distance to 'rabid dogs' who harm us verbally, bodily, economically, etc. --------- Edit: @previous college Hero or something like that an extremely prominent human being is meant to have reported, shop your friends close and your enemies closer. possibly you're fortunate or very youthful. maximum individuals for the duration of their with any success lengthy lives bump into those that would want to correctly be labelled enemies. How do you imagine Elin timber of the tiger grew to develop into cheetah feels in the route of both her husband and a number of his girlfriends on the prompt? Then there are a style of regulation circumstances the position all and assorted is behaving like real enemies and extremely are such. i do no longer understand what type of international you stay in, yet might want to you invite something individuals in there? ^^ What might want to you imagine of someone like Maddox (? sp) if he had defrauded you and your spouse and children of your complete fortune? (do no longer now be simpleminded and blame the traders - the whole US state dept changed into fooled too) Why can we've the kind of number of murders each and every twelve months? because those all and assorted is so sweet on one yet another?!

You sound just like King David.
Why do you think that you see more than anyone else? And why are you acting just like a person who thinks that their situation and observances are unique? Haven't you read the scriptures?
Psalm 37
1 Do not fret because of evil men
or be envious of those who do wrong;
2 for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away.
3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when men succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.
8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret—it leads only to evil.
9 For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy great peace.
12 The wicked plot against the righteous
and gnash their teeth at them;
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.
14 The wicked draw the sword
and bend the bow
to bring down the poor and needy,
to slay those whose ways are upright.
15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts,
and their bows will be broken.
16 Better the little that the righteous have
than the wealth of many wicked;
17 for the power of the wicked will be broken,
but the LORD upholds the righteous.
18 The days of the blameless are known to the LORD,
and their inheritance will endure forever.
19 In times of disaster they will not wither;
in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.
20 But the wicked will perish:
The LORD's enemies will be like the beauty of the fields,
they will vanish—vanish like smoke.
21 The wicked borrow and do not repay,
but the righteous give generously;
22 those the LORD blesses will inherit the land,
but those he curses will be cut off.
23 If the LORD delights in a man's way,
he makes his steps firm;
24 though he stumble, he will not fall,
for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
25 I was young and now I am old,
yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
or their children begging bread.
26 They are always generous and lend freely;
their children will be blessed.
27 Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.
28 For the LORD loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.
They will be protected forever,
but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off;
29 the righteous will inherit the land
and dwell in it forever.
30 The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom,
and his tongue speaks what is just.
31 The law of his God is in his heart;
his feet do not slip.
32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,
seeking their very lives;
33 but the LORD will not leave them in their power
or let them be condemned when brought to trial.
34 Wait for the LORD
and keep his way.
He will exalt you to inherit the land;
when the wicked are cut off, you will see it.
35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man
flourishing like a green tree in its native soil,
36 but he soon passed away and was no more;
though I looked for him, he could not be found.
37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright;
there is a future for the man of peace.
38 But all sinners will be destroyed;
the future of the wicked will be cut off.
39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
40 The LORD helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
If that doesn't move you, then you are not a Christian. You are too hardened.

Because this isn't referring to a literal God. I don't know why Atheist assume that modern Christianity reads scripture as they were intended. It's an allegory suggestive of what people term karma, the force of karma.
Yes the bible says, For we know Him who said, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY." And again, "THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE." (Hebrews 10:30) and how is their repaying?
"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap." (Galatians 6:7) - This is karma, which is a law in regards to mystics.
The God in the bible is not literal, its an esoteric reality.

God is interested in eternity. The time on earth is fleeting and of no consequence if it is lived according to His Word. It is the after life that we should be considering.

If your mad just say your mad. Stop trying to get all crazy with it. if you let you thought go then you will only let it get to you more. David shouted out to the Lord that he was mad. At least he was honest with himself. Maybe you should be too.
God Bless you and guide you

G*D loves everyone, even those who do evil.
He wants them to come to realize that & be sorry.
So he cannot play favourites, just for you.
Read some of the psalms to understand this.

God doesn't "let" anything. He gave EVERYONE free will.. even the unsaved. Don't judge. If you don't like your circumstances, change them and stop being lazy!
