I have fallen out of heaven and risen out of hell many a time.
As the Master Ven. Hsing Yun once said, :

As far as I know they don't. I think there is something called bardo, like an intermediate set of three stages and after that the dead being enters nirvana or goes back to life by reincarnation

Heaven and Hell exist within our lives. We are reincarnated. When we cease the wheel of life, there will be no suffering.

yes but they re either a psycological aspect of life or a realm of existance which is esxapable as it is in samsara (cycle of birth death and rebirth) their are six realms of beings starting from the top they are gods, demi-gods, humans, animals, hungry ghosts, and hell beings.

yes but their heaven is different from the christian one their heaven call nirvana

long answer: "hell" is the endless cycle of birth-life-death-rebirth, and "heaven" is nirvana, the cessation of that cycle
