I usually don't have candy. I'd always have some at the ending or beging of each month. At the end of Octoer and early November for about a week becuz I wanted some of my halloween candy. I was going to wait to have candy/ junk food during Thanksgiving but I had some ice-cream and soda but, I still want to have some candy during Thanksgiving.

So long story short, should I feel guilty about having some junk food?

Absolutely not; you sound like you eat sensibly-only eating candy/junk food as an occasional treat. As long as you don't eat it compulsively, there's no need to feel guilty.

No, if you eat well, it won't hurt to have some more candy but there is a limit to junk food, but it doesn't matter, have some veggies and fruits along with it that day! :]

a lot of people start to feel guilty if they know that they have not been eating right but just make sure you eat alot of friuts and vegies, if you are going to eat all of this candy. and no you dont have to feel that way we are all wanting a treat every now and then!!!!!

Only in America would someone feel that way.

Enjoy your candy and your life. it's one of life's pleasures and no one knows how long they'll have that.

Make food part of your joys. Not part of your pains.

Well, you shouldn't feel guilty to eat junk food.
Just don't eat TOO much.
THEN you'll feel guilty.
Having candy once in a while is fine.
I'm allergic to chocolate and its my favorite kind of candy!
In your case, you shouldn't feel guilty compared to mine!

You shouldn't overindulge yourself over the holiday season because you'll be eating so many other treats and calories. Everything in moderation!

Occasional treats are necessary. If you "forbid" yourself something, you'll get obsessed with it, think about it and want it all the time till you finally break down and binge. So relax and allow yourself some treats!

Probably not.

Btut if your weight is a problem, or triglycerides, or you have diabetes or insulin resisitance, you need to avoid it.
