24/2=12+7=19

Eight years is OK. You will have more love and respect and treat your girl like baby.

It depends on the maturity levels and how old each person is. If someone is 30 and with a 38-year-old, it probably won't be a big deal, but if it's like a 16-year-old and a 24 year old, it's a huge deal. The biggest stretch I've ever made was when I was 18 and my girlfriend was 24. I ended up being the more mature one in that instance haha, but it doesn't always work out that way.

It depends. Like.. an 18 year old and a 26 year old seems like a big difference. But later on.. like 35 and 43 doesn't seem so big.
But in my opinion, it is a big difference. In other countries the differences are really big like..a 10 year difference !

My parents have been together for 15 years now and they are 8 years apart.

But when you think of let's say a 15 year old with a 23 year, then it gets weird.

It depends. How old are the people? 8 years isn't too huge if one is 35 and the other is 43, but if one is 15 and the other is 23, it's pretty huge.
