The Romans used 'vitam agere' as a phrase for 'to live'. Its literal meaning is 'to do life'. That seems to fit this sense better. The form would be:
Hanc vitam age - agite for plural.

This is Latin, not Spanish:
Vive hanc vitam. (to one person)
Vivete hanc vitam. (to more than one person)
They're pronounced:
WEE-weh hunk WEE-tum.
WEE weh-teh hunk WEE-tum.
EDIT: I made a BIG mistake! "Vive" and "vivete" (and not "viva," "vivate"). It's corrected above.
