"Beer Soy Marinade"
1 bottle of Guinness Stout
1/3 cup of honey
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup steak sauce marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 lbs Wingettes/Breasts etc. whatever pieces you like
Mix all ingredients and taste as it sometimes needs either more soy or brown sugar.
Add the chicken pieces. Marinate for at least 3 hours or more
Grill or Bake at 350.
Make a glaze with Honey/Brown Sugar equal part and use to brush on finished product. As Julia would say "Bon Ape-tit"!

Cut chicken breasts in half. Place in shallow dish and cover with achiote mixture. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
(Preheat grill. Remove Chicken from marinade. Boil remaining marinade for 5-7 minutes. Grill chicken about 10 minutes on each side over a medium flame or until done. Serve with remaining marinade.)
Adobo chicken is a delicious grilled chicken served up in a rich, spicy sauce. This chicken also makes a great ingredient for enchiladas, tacos, and fajitas.
NB: Achiote seed is also called annatto seed

bottled would be best & faster, but ok, take i 15 oz bottle of honey, add 1 tblespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 5 shakes of dried onion bits, same for bacon bits, add your favorite bar bq flavor, mix well, coat bottom of dish or pan evenly, put a layer of chicken in dish or pan, pour more marinade over the chicken, add more if u have it,by useing 1 regular size bar bq sauce you can marinade a whole chicken. leave over night at least 14 hrs, & use the marinede when cooking, especially if u poke holes in the meat before marinadeing. Bake or grill, it's great

You can't beat this one. First sprinkle chicken with Itallian seasoning, let set for 30 minutes, then place in a freezer bag with 1 bottle of Itallian dressing and 1/2 cup white wine. marinade overnight.

The quick & simple solution is any salad dressing.
Your favourite oil & vinegar type will do.
After marinating you can put it straight in the oven.
Serve with rice or noodles & any veggies you like.
