"Beer Soy Marinade"

1 bottle of Guinness Stout
1/3 cup of honey
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup steak sauce marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce

1 1/2 lbs Wingettes/Breasts etc. whatever pieces you like
Mix all ingredients and taste as it sometimes needs either more soy or brown sugar.
Add the chicken pieces. Marinate for at least 3 hours or more
Grill or Bake at 350.
Make a glaze with Honey/Brown Sugar equal part and use to brush on finished product. As Julia would say "Bon Ape-tit"!

You can't beat this one. First sprinkle chicken with Itallian seasoning, let set for 30 minutes, then place in a freezer bag with 1 bottle of Itallian dressing and 1/2 cup white wine. marinade overnight.

The quick & simple solution is any salad dressing.
Your favourite oil & vinegar type will do.
After marinating you can put it straight in the oven.
