I had Chicken baked in the oven. Also I cooked mashed potatoes on the side. If you want to make it simple use boxed mashed potatoes and frozen chicken breasts. Also for a variation with the chicken bake it first then ad pasta sauce and shredded cheese for chicken parmesean.
A fruit salad always tastes good though. I like to use apples, clementines/ oranges (if you prefer), bananas, and berries.

Homemade burritos filled with refried beans, lettuce, rice and homemade salsa, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, sour cream, shelled sunflower seeds, shredded sharp cheese and hot sauce warmed in the nuker with melted cheese and sour cream on top! Family loves them. They are easy and as long as you have flour tortillas and beans you can add all kids of veggies and just warm them for about 1 minute in the nuker! Unless you add meat that needs cooked you do not need to heat anything on the stove (unless you need to make rice) or in the oven! Simple!

Cheese enchiladas and a Blue Sky soda. Not healthy at all, but delicious. Dont forget to get some exercise tomorrow if you eat this tonight!

I put cut up pieces of swiss steak in a pot with one can each of cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Then added some celery, onions, green pepper and a few peeled and cut up potatoes.
Put some carrots in the microwave with just a tad of butter to keep them moist and a nice flaky biscuit.
YUM! YUM!
