Be honest and let them know that you are not happy saying this, but you are not interested in any kind of relationship with them.
It is way better than leading them on, trying to be nice.

Just tell him straight up... Don't try to give him excuses like i have a lot of other things to do right now... but tell him plain and simple, "I dont think were going to work out" or somthing like that

just be calm relaxed and tell him real sweet that u dont have any intrest in him and the most worst saying "lets Be Freinds"

if you're too chicken to say it straight out avoidance sometimes works OR could backfire and the person might think you are playing hard to get and become more determine to get you
