Well, I am going to Beacon NY the 29th. And I need to know where is located at, is it located in NYC/Timesquare??
and where are some good places to shop in Beacon??

Beacon, NY is a small city located about 60 miles north of Manhattan. It's an hourlong train ride into Grand Central Station.
There's no real place to shop in Beacon - aside from the little main street area. You need to go about five or so miles north to Poughkeepsie, or west to the town of Newburgh, or 30 miles east to Danbury, CT to really shop.

The Beacon Theater is located near Times Square in NYC. Parking can be tight so if you are driving in, I recommend you get in early at least an hour befor the show. There are many shops in the area, but keep in mind they are mainly for tourists. Some good restauraunts are in the area.

Beacon is not in New York City. It's in Dutchess county about an hour away from Times Square. You can get to the city by train though.

Do you mean that you are going to the Beacon Theater. Since this is a NYC board, I imagine this is what you are asking? It is on 74th St and Broadway,
