The dictionary definition of phytochemicals says all plants have it so the items in your list that contain them are rice, bay leaves, onion, garlic, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick (tree bark), dried lemon, cumin, coriander, black pepper, tomato and carrot. The only one I don't know about is the maggie - I'm not familiar with that. Salt doesn't have phytochemicals and neither does chicken because it's animal and not plant. Rice is a grain so it does.

The brighter the color of the fruit/vegetable, the more phytochemicals it has.

Only plant products have phytochemicals. So on your list: tomatoes, carrot, onion

I'm not sure the spices contain enough to bother with.
