I had an interview on thursday. The interviewer and I hit it off pretty well. The interviwer did not ask a lot of challenging questions, and when he did, I was able to answer them with great detail.

During the interview process, he told me about the benefits and introduced me to "the people that you will be working with". He used the term "what you will be doing is...". I was also asked what I hoped to accomplish in the first 30 days of my employment. I have a follow-up interview the owner of the company early next week. The interviewer encouraged me to email him any questions that I might have about the position.

I know that all that seems encouraging, but I would like a second opinion.

You aren't hired yet, but if the interview with the owner goes well, you probably will be.

Good luck.

While everythng looks encouraging, you don't have the job until they make a specific salary offer and ask "when can you start,"
There are probably still a few minor obstacles, such as background check and a drug screen which have to be done,
Wait until they give you a firm offer before you celebrate.
Goodluck.

Heyyyy congrats!!!! Sounds very positive to me. :-) "Will" is a definative word, instead of the word "would."

Good luck and enjoy your new job!
