there is this guy who is always chasing me and calling me 20 times a day and passing me notes ALL the time i am freaked! He has even SAT ON ME BEFORE!!! EW! what would i call him like a perve or stalker or what

The guy sounds like a pervert and a stalker. If he is giving you notes then you should go to the police with them. Also, keep track of all the phone calls. The guy may not mean anything by what he is doing but you never know.

He is unnerving, deliberate, determined, but as yet, he is not a stalker.What you need to do is tell him that while you appreciate his notes and calls,they are overwhelming, and distract you from things you have to do.Tell him that you don't have as many daily hours as his contacts call for, hence, it would be a good idea if he will cut them out and cease all contacts with you.If he does not end all contacts with you,you may have to go to the authorities like the police.Good luck to you.

Go to amazon or a bookstore and get "The gift of fear" by Gavin De Becker it will tell you if he is a stalker and what to do. I hope you are clear to him that you feel he is coming on too strong
