Poetic version, saying that the answer is "time"
The time has come,
winter is here
and those yellow bears disapear.
The time has past
as man looks back with a sigh

boys cross their legs
but of course the toilet begs

The answer is no.
You left out a really important part, though. The last line, "Can you guess the riddle?"
The answer no is in response to the last question, "Can you guess the riddle?" Since it's just a bunch of random hints that don't go together, you can't guess the riddle. If you could, the answer would be yes.
