Why do parents blame their kids for the kids wrong doing or the parents wrong doing?

Many parents are clueless when it comes to raising children. And it's no surprise, it's a difficult and very tricky responsibility. When things don't go "as planned", parents think it's the kids fault when in reality it's much more complicated than that.

Do you mean people blaming their kids for what their kids are doing or for what they themselves are doing? The former is common sense, the latter, well I can't say I've heard that one. I have heard of people blaming their parents for things.

People don't like accepting responsibility for their own choices and actions. Until they do, they won't learn or grow.

Now I've heard kids blaming their parents. But I haven't heard of parents blaming the kids. Kinda stupid. Why have kids if you feel that way?

I'm not sure what you mean - are you asking why parents blame their kids for the kids' wrongdoings, or are you asking why some parents blame the kids for the parents' wrongdoings?
