Yes, Debra, I do believe in miracles. And when I think about miracles, I think about when I was only 2 years old.............
I was only two years old. I had a wonderful mom that was eight months pregnant. It was a beautiful sunny spring day : May 5th, 1998. I was riding in the middle of the back seat of my mom's new Jeep Cherokee. My dad was talking to me in his funny "country accent" thart always made me laugh. And then we came to a red light in an intersection. And that's when my dad made a mistake.
As we moved closer to the intersection i closed my eyes to try to go to sleep, I think, and apparently my dad thought that the light had turned green, so obviously he pressed the gas pedal and quickly moved forward . And that's when all of a sudden, a car came out of nowhere and hit the right side of of the jeep. I jerked my little blue eyes open as our jeep spinned off the road and into a shallow ditch. All of the contents of the car flew out the back window, including my dad's new cell phone. Apparently, the light from the beautiful sun that god gave us had blinded my dad and made him think that the light turned green.
My mom told me her side of the story when i was five. What she was doing at the time of the accident was just sitting on the couch in our beautiful home as the phone rang. As she answered the phone and heard the person on the other line, she knew sumthin was wrong, terribly wrong.
She cried as she walked to our neighbor's house to get a ride to the intersection. when she got there, our neighbor thought that my mom was having her baby. so if u knew my neighbor u wud know that he obviously would have yelled to his wife" LORIII! OH GOD! She's having the babyyy!" and Of course my neightbor wud have yelled backyelled back" SHUT UP, MIKE!!!" Well, they did.they rushed to the intersection where the accident had taken place.
As they got there my mom leaped out of the car, as preggers as pregnant women can get , and ran over to our car but a police man rushed about 3 or 4 meters ahead and said" Mam' You can't go past-" and mymom rushed right by him b4 be could finish the sentence.
Happily, me and my dad only had a few bruises and cuts. And guess what, on May 8th,1998 my mom had the most beautiful baby boy god had ever created. Talk about a miracle!
But,Debra, you are another beautiful miracle and i could tell by your positive additude torward others that u are indeed, a miracle. ; )
Peace to all that belive in HIM!

This is a great book to read "Fearfully and Wonderfully Made" to realize the miracles in the human body
Renowned surgeon Paul Brand and writer Philip Yancey explore the human body, a delicate fabric of cells as awesome and mysterious as the galaxies of space.

actually, it was:
"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."
- Albert Einstein
And if you think your beliefs are correct, you must believe the man is burning in hell right now.

The longer the trial to which God subjects you, the greater the goodness in comforting you during the time of the trial and in the exaltation after the combat.
When we are exposed to any trial, be it physical or moral, bodily or spiritual, the best remedy is to think of Jesus who is our life and not to think of the trial without joining it to the thought of Jesus.
Don't draw back, and the worse still, don't stop going up the Calvary of life. Jesus will extend His hand to steady you. The thought of the sustaining grace of God and the prize that Jesus has reserved for you will be a sweet comfort.
Saint Padre Pio

yes, i believe in miracles...when i look around me on a crisp fall morning, sitting at my picnic table, steaming mug of coffee in hand and listen to the deer and squirrels rustling in the woods, watch the colorful leaves falling to the ground to fertilize my lawn, and smell the wood smoke coming from the chimney of my wood stove...when i realize that God has given me another day to rejoice...when i hold my youngest daughter in my lap as she drifts off to sleep...when i talk to a friend who's undergoing cancer treatments and likely has not long to live but continuously praises God for all the blessings He has given...i KNOW there are miracles...people like you are even more proof, in my opinion...

Sweetie, I do not believe in miracles. I have seen no evidence of such in my life or the lives of those I love.

A miracle is simply an explanation for something you don't understand. However, once you do understand something, that does not make it any less amazing.
