ME and My girlfriend are messing around behind a building at night with not many lights. Its a parking lot.. There is no one around that area at that time. My question is will cops drive into lonely parking lots with two cars and second question is what are the consequences of public indecency? What if he catches with our cloths on in the back seat? We are both 19.... What can we do if this situation arises?

A cop has no way of knowing if both people are there of their own free will, so thats their main reason for looking into it. Once they determine both people are there of their own free will and neither is a prostitute, they'd most likely let you go.

Two cars in a deserted parking lot.....gee, do you really think that the cops will NOT look into it? Go home! There are much better things to do than waste an officer's time with such nonsense! If you value your girlfriend, treat her more like a princess and not like a hoe. And if she is allowing you to do something so lame, then she needs to take a look at herself in the mirror and ask herself, do I really want my parents to find me one day in jail, caught in the act of *whatever it is you did*? Cops have better things to do than deal with public indecency!

Public indecency is illegal and you could be arrested.
Cops do patrol around business buildings when they have time. Most of the time, they will ask for your ID's, and if you are over 18, tell you to get a room.
