why should it? the only reason people are offended by christians is because some of them are offensive. you are a human being, no better or worse than anyone else, you choose to have a label. it has nothing to do with spirituality, love, or forgiveness. its just what you call yourself.

Should it offend anyone?
I'm not offended by Christians. I am often offended by what is done by people that call themselves Christian in the name of their god.

Not me. I'm heathen and my minister cousin and family doesn't offend me. They are some of the few Christians that do walk as they talk and are very loving.

I am not offended for I, too, am a follower of Christ. I am not a "good" follower by anyone's measure, but I do follow to the best of my ability. No doubt you see failures within yourself as well. Be true to your faith and continue the good fight.
You do well to confess publicly your faith in him.
