I am really slow at typing..it would take me like an hour to type up a paragraph or two..i need something that will be able to type words as i speak. This way I won't have to spen so much time typing..so let me know if there are any products like this vailable out there..thanks

Yes. There are many voice/speech recognition programs for PCs. You will need a microphone.
However, accuracy is still something to be desired and the good ones are not cheap. You may have to spend more time correcting it than typing it yourself. It may be better to get some fast-typing s/w.

There is one called dragon-something. Maybe Dragonspeak, I'm not sure. Pricy though.
