I need a simple recipe to smoke turkey on BBQ.

The main thing is that the heat is not directly under the meat. If your grill is large enough, you could try keeping the heat on one side and meat on the other. You could also pick up a smoker box at Lowes or Home Depot. You would put the chips in it and lay it over the coals. Alternatively, use heavy duty alluminum foil and make some holes in it for the smoke to escape. Also, just so you know, a turkey breast would probably take 6-10 hours on a smoker.
