Yeah, neither do I.

But.....Do you know who thinks that some of the greastest evil in the world comes from the Jewish mind?

The co-author of the Left Behind series, Tim LaHaye seems to think so.

LaHaye explained. "Some of the greatest evil in the history of the world was concocted in the Jewish mind. Sigmund Freud, Marx, these were Jewish minds that were infected with atheism."

Personally, I think that great evil comes from a Red Sox fans mind. But I guess I didn't get enough of that anti-semite training in those left behind novels!

Hilari Bell is a great fantasy author. attempt her "shelter, Sword and Crown" trilogy. no longer all fantasy, there's a uncomplicated quantity of experience and witty comments, yet impressive worldwide-development. Tamora Pierce is yet another author like this. i've got in basic terms study her Alanna books, yet they are impressive. slightly embarrassing, yet impressive. plenty extra of a "fantasy" fantasy. Rick Riordan's books combine fantasy with contemporary-day, and that they are very humorous. in case you cherished Harry Potter, you will like those. Eragon and the different books interior the Inheritance Cycle are impressive fantasy. Love them! Edit: Eragon is an exceedingly great e book. The action picture, although, SUCKED. you would be questioning of that. They did a undesirable job conserving to the story, and it wasn't even a impressive action picture. however the e book is spectacular.

Anti-Biblical LIES...

2Peter 3:7 BY GOD’S WORD THE HEAVENS AND EARTH OF TODAY ARE BEING RESERVED FOR FIRE. They are being kept for the day when God will judge. Then ungodly people will be destroyed.
8 Dear friends, here is one thing you must not forget. With the Lord a day is like a thousand years. And a thousand years are like a day.
9 The Lord is not slow to keep his promise. He is not slow in the way some people understand it. He is patient with you. He doesn’t want anyone to be destroyed. Instead, he wants all people to turn away from their sins.
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. THE HEAVENS WILL DISAPPEAR WITH A ROAR. FIRE WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING IN THEM. God will judge the earth and everything in it.
11 So EVERYTHING WILL BE DESTROYED. And what kind of people should you be? You should lead holy and godly lives.
12 Live like that as you look forward to the day of God. It will make the day come more quickly. ON THAT DAY FIRE WILL DESTROY THE HEAVENS. ITS HEAT WILL MELT EVERYTHING IN THEM.

What does Peter say will be "left behind?"

Armageddon is presently being sold by some conservative ideological authorities as a necessary final conflict between a good one in Heaven and an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth. Some communities of faithful believers have allowed conservative ideological authorities to dismiss the idea of a savior whose messages are of love, compassion and forgiveness and promote instead the idea of a savior whose return in a second coming will be as a warrior fighting in the end times to achieve final victory against an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth in a great war to end all wars known as Armageddon. Many conservative ideological authorities have become racist, heterofascist, warmongers motivating communities of faithful believers to out work, out fight and out number competition in a race to Armageddon. They self righteously believe they will be raptured to Heaven before the Armageddon they have helped orchestrate unfolds upon those "left behind".

Very interesting article. Thank you.

If I recall correctly, either Chris Hedges or Kevin Phillips (I forgot which) mentioned the political importance of the Left Behind series in their book. I'd recommend both books, regardless. Especially Phillips'.

If he'd added Woody Allen to that list he'd have blasphemed my entire Atheist-Jewish Trinity! I am displeased by Tim LaHaye.

And also the fact that he is actively encouraging people to think that the end of the world is due any minute is annoying as well.

They were entertaining books that's all, not great by any means..As for the authors view of Jews..It's sick and bigoted. So was Martin Luther's and Charles Darwin..Many people were sick prejudiced bigots.
